How do i get out of a flight?
Jan-5-2009 By admin
I bought flight tickets with expedia.com for USAir. I booked them for January 2009 and was planning to go on a cruise. Unfortunatley the cruise got overbooked and now i am going ont the one in Feb 2009. USAir wants me to pay 100$ per person ontop of 829$ each. Is there a way i can get out of those flights? I found cheaper ones on Delta air. btw the cruise is carnival.
I am sure your tickets are nonrefundable, which means just that, short of extenuating circumstances like illness, death etc….and you surely wouldn't want those, just so you (or your survivors!) could get your $ back…..
If you really want to fly Delta, kiss off your $829 apiece. I think if it was me, I'd cough up the $100 change fee

Every airline ticket I ever had was non-refundable….meaning…..
NO WAY are you going to get your money back for those tickets. Sorry.

The only way to possible get rid of it would be to dispute it on your credit card or put a hold on payments
