Hi, I have researched yahoo answers about "Priceline's name your own price" and it seems to be the cheapest travel website. Has anybody used Priceline.com to buy tickets from USA to Manila? how cheap they are compared to the other travel websites? (the lower prices on other websites are about $1,500)how many stops my flight might have? and how are the schedules?

I am not sure about Priceline, but i found tickets for $1027 from San Francisco (1 stop) and for $1036 from New York, using FareChase. They search dozens of websites for you, so you dont have to!!!
You can also type "flights to manila" in Yahoo's search, and fill the nifty search form that comes up.

Who do the cheapest flights to USA from london? and whats the best US airport to use for the cheapest flights? im looking for a months holiday and the cheapest tickets to any US airport thanks.

Hard to say that 1 is always cheapest — airlines usually match prices, so when 1 announce an offer, the rest quickly follow. New York will likely be the cheapest arrival point, simply because that's where the most competition is for flights to/from London. Sometimes Kuwait Airways or Air India are cheapest, sometimes Zoom or Virgin; sometimes it's cheapest to book direct from the airlines, sometimes a consolidator has it cheapest. I would shop around using these:

I am 14 and obviousley cant spare too much cash. I need to get cheap flights from Sydney Australia to North Carolina USA for next year and I need to know were I can get THE!!! cheaperst flight posible there (I am doing this on a Mc donalds salery) I saw online they ranged from $1700 up to $3000 and this is just econemy so dose anyone know if flying to a near by airport will be cheaper or if there is a certain airline doing this rought that will be cheaper or a certain time that will be cheaper I just need to know around abouts the cheapest way of doing this trip

V Australia (a Virgin subsidiary) starts flying Sydney to LA in Jan 09, with flights as low as AU $973. Once you get to LA you can get cheap internal flights with someone like JetBlue.

Aside from V Australia, the only way to get to the US directly is with Qantas or United Airlines, and they're both super-expensive.

Here is some information regarding the "bereavement fares" others are referring to. Also, you might get a better deal by getting this fare from Georgia to Honolulu. Then check "go!" airlines website for your inter-island flight to Kauai. They are currently running a special from Honolulu to Lihue for $35.00 (one way), and in just checking, still have these seats available for the next few weeks. So sorry for your loss.

Bereavement fares are readily available, but sometimes at less than sympathetic amounts. Ask what the lowest available fare is and, if you have time, check discount Web sites for better deals.

Cost: Tickets are generally 50 percent to 70 percent off the regular full- coach fare. A Northwest agent recently quoted a last-minute flight from between Seattle and Washington as $2,382; the bereavement fare would be $1,050.

At Continental, a bereavement fare was 55 percent cheaper than the full-coach fare.

Eligibility: Discounted fares are available for immediate family — generally, a spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, in-laws, aunt, uncle, niece and nephew (but not always cousins). American, United and US Airways also offer these fares to domestic or life partners.

Restrictions: US Airways, American and United require you to use the tickets within seven days of purchase. Northwest gives you 72 hours.
