hello, what is the cheapest way i can get a return ticket for a flight from canada to the uk thinking of leaving the 27th of october and coming back the 4th of november, i know there was a cheap company called zoom but they have gone bust now, does anyone have any ideas ?

Now that Zoom is gone, the most affordable is AirTransat. It's a Canadian airline, and I believe they are affiliated with Thomas Cook. But check the actual Air Transat site incase they are a little cheaper.

it's from ROC to LGA, and from detroit to toronto. Another thing, does these sites allow a canadian to make a booking?

Wow–good question, but not a simple answer. There is not 1 that will always be cheapest every time, because some low-cost airlines do not allow bookings from other sites, and if they cover a route you need, then you'd have to check them individually.

Westjet and Air Canada (and Jazz) show up in all the major booking sites, but not Sunwing, so for them use http://www.sunwing.ca

In US, http://www.southwest.com

http://www.allegiantair.com

http://www.suncountry.com

http://www.xjet.com … for example, don't show up in other booking sites.

For all the rest, http://www.bookingbuddy.com is the best in my experience, because it checks Kayak, Expedia, Cheaptickets, CheapO, Mobissimo, Priceline, Hotwire, airlines direct, consolidators, etc. etc. to find the best offer, all with just 1 input of cities and dates, but it doesn't show the airlines that I mentioned above. Which particular route(s) do you need? I'll check back.

USAir's on the first, $158rt currently midweek in January; the only nonstop flight, and also cheapest on this route currently.

DTW-YYZ currently $314rt in midweek January, both Northwest and Air Canada offer nonstop flights on this short hop, and are tied at $314 for cheapest on this route currently.

If you meant one-ways, or open-jaw (arrive and departing from different airports), then cheapest currently on offer is $79 (ROC-LGA) and $139 (DTW, YYZ).

Citizenship doesn't matter when booking online. If the computer you're using allows you to book it, then you can book it. Some airlines block sales in other countries, but not these.

No, canada is very expensive, expect $600.

If possible, take megabus ($10) Toronto to Buffaro

then fly from BUF to TVC, you can get about $360.

I want to bring my friend over from Toronto, Canada to London, England…

I want to find the cheapest flight. Years ago they had all of these fly for £89 one way. Does anyone know of any sites that I can find these sort of prices on… the dates are quite flexible.

Canadian Affair, Zoom, FlyGlobespan all have good fares
I find globespan are usually cheapest, depending on dates you can get a oneway for about £100

You'll find the cheapest during the low traveling seasons– try October/November, possibly February/March.

I am looking into a cheap flight from either Toronto or Hamilton airport to either London or Paris, or any of the surroundind airports for cheap. Very cheap. I've heard of globespan but they only do it during certain times of the year to Gatwick and Manchester. If these are the only bets, cheap travel to London?

Im going to Canada in November and have been looking for a decent site to book my tickets (prob be going mid-nov)…..also any recommendations on good clubs in NYC? as I will be crossing the border to have a look at the nightlife at one point
I've been looking at NYC flights but am finding it a bit hard as I'm still sketchy on dates. I would also appreciate a decent link to check NYC flights/prices for my future searches…..

Try www.canadianaffair.com I have used them on a number of occaisions and have found them to be well priced , frequent, reliable and with a wide range of flight times.
Try the Thomas Cooke 757 as this plane is very comfortable , especially if you are tall.
As for crossing the border you cannot just drive across as in the past , I THINK you now have to have a visa; it is something you should check on.
